TL;DR
Junior Project Manager (Live Entertainment): Developing and scaling repeatable theatrical experiences and coordinating cross-functional workstreams with an accent on quality improvement, operational processes, and international market expansion. Focus on managing launch initiatives, improving guest experiences through customer feedback, and building scalable project documentation and business models.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday to Thursday and the possibility to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do
- Support the development, launch, and improvement of scalable theatrical experiences across international markets.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and operational challenges, then coordinate actions to improve guest experience.
- Maintain and improve project plans, production guidelines, launch checklists, reporting, and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives focused on cost optimization, new program creation, efficiency, scalability, and commercial performance.
- Contribute to business planning and define repeatable models, processes, and tools for expansion into new markets.
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations while building relationships with local teams and external partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment project management.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, or workstreams in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, test new concepts, work collaboratively, and support the development and launch of live experiences.
