What you will do

• Perform routine biological sample preparation for downstream analytical testing.
• Prepare reagents and mobile phases, record observations, perform basic calculations, and organize data for evaluation.
• Document work according to SOPs, GLP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Identify potential performance errors or unusual results and escalate them to senior laboratory personnel.
• Maintain laboratory readiness through equipment upkeep, glassware cleaning, housekeeping, waste handling, inventory maintenance, and sample-storage organization.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and support workflows in LIMS and automated instrumentation environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some CAP/CLIA laboratory locations may require an associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• Proficiency with pipetting and basic laboratory principles, including reagent preparation, sample handling, and safe bench practices.
• Working knowledge of GLP fundamentals, laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate, audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to manage recurring laboratory tasks while prioritizing safety, quality, and operational needs.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across wet lab, LC-MS/MS, and metrology functions.
