Location: Valencia, California, United States; Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Annual base pay: $34,700–$72,300

What you will do
- Perform and document analytical laboratory procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze routine data, assess results against acceptable tolerances, and document or escalate unusual findings.
- Prepare analytical data for upload to the LIMS and assist with quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
- Prepare buffers and solutions, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and support procedural updates.
- Guide entry-level staff, conduct training within areas of competency, and support onboarding.
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and support safety, quality, 6S, and continuing education initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; some laboratory locations may require a degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology.
- At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, applicable standards such as GLP, laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques, automation, specialized laboratory equipment, and routine laboratory calculations.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
