What you will do

• Receive and document samples submitted for screening assays.
• Manage the preparation and analysis of hundreds of sample submissions per week using automation techniques.
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain automation equipment, including Tecan liquid handling robots and Agilent UPLC systems.
• Prepare samples for UPLC analysis using automation tools.
• Execute data processing, interpretation, and routine physical testing of samples.
• Perform calibration, repair, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in academic or industry settings.
• Experience in modern liquid chromatography (preferably Agilent UPLC with Open Lab CDS).
• Experience preparing and analyzing samples for solubility determination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rahway, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel Macro Programming.
• Experience with Bruker AXS X-ray powder diffraction.
• Experience with Tecan and/or Dynamic Devices liquid handling robots.
