Senior Research Associate (Bioanalytical)

What you will do

• Perform bioanalysis and immunological assays, including ADA, PK, potency, cytokine, ELISA, MSD, Quanterix, and Nanostring-based assays.
• Plan and conduct bioassays independently across different scales and customer projects.
• Perform QC analyses, monitor assay performance, troubleshoot issues, and support new assay development.
• Prepare samples and reagent solutions, maintain inventories and equipment, and organize data for submission.
• Complete QA/QC and GLP documentation, update tracking systems, and draft or revise SOPs and validation documents.
• Train laboratory staff and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least four years of relevant laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience with ELISA, MSD, Quanterix, or Nanostring platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, perform physical laboratory duties, and work in freezer environments ranging from -20°C to -196°C.

Nice to have

• Substantial ligand-binding assay experience.
• Previous experience in a GLP, GMP, or GCLP environment.
