What you will do

• Coordinate with package coordinators, planners, and logistics specialists to verify specifications, lead times, delivery dates, and practical Incoterms.
• Prepare and issue commercial bid documents, including contractual terms, delivery requirements, and quality and inspection requirements.
• Manage bidder prequalification, selection, bidder lists, approvals, and bid-process confidentiality.
• Log bid questions, issue addenda, and coordinate technical and commercial evaluations.
• Review vendor terms, support negotiations, and prepare purchase orders or contracts for execution.
• Gain exposure to scope compliance, cost control, schedule compliance, invoice auditing, and payment recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite, including remote locations.
• Transcript, official or unofficial, must be submitted with the application.
• Previous co-op or internship experience is preferred.
