Base pay: $68,425–$96,600 per year across the US

What you will do

• Support long-term sourcing strategies for component and MRO suppliers.
• Monitor supplier-market developments and identify trends across the supply base.
• Issue purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve invoice and purchase order issues with accounting, vendors, and receiving teams.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support procurement decisions.
• Provide procurement data, analytics, and supplier-spend metrics across the Procure to Pay process.
• Drive supply base rationalization in partnership with engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, economics, operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop proficiency in D365, Power BI, and MRP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and vendor relationship management experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Work involves technologies or data subject to US export control regulations and may require additional national-identity documentation.
