Warehouse Lead (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Shakopee, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $22.50 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise Warehouse Associates and coordinate shift activities, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations leadership to prevent downtime and meet delivery schedules.
• Verify daily shipments, investigate discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis for inventory errors.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory transactions and material movement.
• Train new associates and support cross-training for existing associates.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse by supporting HSE requirements and 5S standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience in picking, packing, and shipping.
• High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent education.
• Stand-up or sit-down forklift experience; certification is preferred.
• Ability to work different shifts, including the 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift.
• Ability to stand for 4 or more hours at a time and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Professional-level English skills are preferred.
