What you will do
- Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
- Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Complete daily paperwork and operational documentation accurately.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Communicate quality and inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
- Support management with financial goals, employee incidents, customer complaints, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- At least one year of distribution or warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift experience required.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow and reinforce company safety rules and ensure team members meet job expectations.
