Inventory Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Chelmsford, Massachusetts; applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Relocation is not offered.

Annual salary: $90,000–$135,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee accurate and timely WIP inventory transactions, reconciliations, and ERP updates.
• Own the site-wide cycle count process, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory reserves and the disposition of non-conforming WIP materials.
• Coordinate WIP sub-assembly production, back-flush, and issuance for technical service and sales order requirements.
• Maintain technical service forecasts and WIP inventory, scrap, reserves, and cycle-count KPIs.
• Lead inventory coordinators and supervisors while collaborating with warehouse and operations leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with stockroom, inventory, and purchasing receipt transactions.
• Strong research, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and a material operations mindset.
