Sr Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $86,000–$109,500 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate across functions to develop the annual budget, including detailed expense forecasts and revenue-driver analysis.
• Own portions of the monthly rolling plan and report key trends to senior management for decision-making and quarterly guidance.
• Model, analyze, and report on strategic initiatives, identifying business challenges and opportunities.
• Review, forecast, and analyze P&L line items with business partners.
• Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of operational metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, business acumen, and knowledge of accounting principles.
• Advanced technical aptitude with Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executive management and influence decisions.
• Ability to work in the hybrid schedule: Tuesday through Thursday in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and Monday and Friday remotely.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.
