Salary: $96,290–$144,450 per year

What you will do

• Provide due diligence and transaction advisory services for privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, banks, and business development companies.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and conduct quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Support buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Work directly with Partners on client and engagement management and communicate with clients to deliver advisory engagements.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities while developing within the transaction advisory services group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in a mid-size or large professional services firm performing audits and related services.
• At least two years of transaction services or due diligence experience is highly preferred.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with client personnel at all levels and support executive briefings in a fast-paced environment.
