Senior Analyst, Finance Strategy-Legal (Remote)

Location: Remote, United States; Flex Designation: Anywhere. The role is associated with Calabasas, California, and may require up to 5% travel.

Salary: $87,600–$131,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead data analysis and reporting for compliance programs related to product and packaging materials laws.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau reports, custom databases, dashboards, and data frameworks for key business metrics.
• Track and analyze packaging reduction initiatives through improved data capture, management, and reporting.
• Query and analyze large sales, customer, product, and retail data sets to support merchandising, marketing, sourcing, finance, and other partners.
• Improve analytical processes and translate business strategies into financial plans, recommendations, and operational insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, mathematics, finance, accounting, or computer science.
• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, finance, accounting, or comparable work involving large data sets.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience developing complex financial models and presentations.
• Experience querying large, complex data sets and using data visualization techniques to communicate insights.
• Ability to rapidly learn retail operations and regulatory requirements, synthesize findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and build relationships across the organization.
