Coating Operator - Weekend Shift

Location: Onsite in Rockland, Massachusetts, United States. Weekend day shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, or weekend night shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Training may initially take place on another shift.

Salary: $26.10–$32.15 per hour, plus shift differentials.

What you will do

• Set up coating lines and produce quality materials according to job specifications and work instructions.
• Coordinate job changeovers, monitor the master control panel, and prepare upcoming production runs.
• Lead production runs, provide guidance to line personnel, and work toward production targets.
• Record production data, test results, productivity results, and reasons for missed targets using designated systems.
• Operate and master line controls, consoles, NDC scanners, web-drying settings, and safety controls.
• Maintain machine-area housekeeping and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education completed and verified before starting.
• At least one year of plant or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Applicants may be required to pass company-selected testing during the selection process.
