What you will do

• Support the strategic PMO agenda for co-manufacturing initiatives through project planning, milestone management, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Build integrated project plans, governance trackers, action logs, and executive-ready updates for Product Supply priorities.
• Coordinate deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and processes across Procurement, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and regional supply teams.
• Track KPIs, savings targets, service metrics, implementation milestones, capacity, supply continuity, inventory, cost, and operational readiness.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and governance forums while documenting decisions and action items.
• Support onboarding, transition, expansion, optimization, and continuous improvement activities for co-manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, PMO, strategic planning, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or analytical roles.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create concise executive-level materials.
• Working knowledge of demand and supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and New Product Introduction processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in co-manufacturing, external manufacturing, network strategy, supplier operations, consumer products, or fast-moving operational environments.
• Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification.
• Knowledge of project management systems, dashboarding tools, ERP platforms, or visualization tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
