Order Processor/Shipper (Medtech)

What you will do

• Pick customer and internal orders using handheld barcode scanners and an automated picking system.
• Verify order accuracy and package shipments safely according to customer requirements.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including bills of lading and seal records.
• Label, pack, and manifest dangerous goods shipments in accordance with requirements.
• Perform cycle counts, location audits, inventory checks, and FIFO material handling.
• Maintain packaging supplies and complete end-of-night warehouse checklists.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts, for an 8-hour shift.
• English communication skills required: ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• At least two years of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, delivery, or related work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend repetitively and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Accuracy, organization, urgency, time management, independence, and willingness to learn and improve processes.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
