Location: Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany; flexible remote work is available

What you will do
- Run monthly actuals, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes with global sites and functional teams.
- Improve forecast accuracy and financial transparency by partnering with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights aligned with the business narrative.
- Analyze KPIs, conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, and support strategic performance initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly executive reports for senior leadership.
- Optimize reporting workflows using financial systems, digital tools, and LEAN methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and controlling, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in a matrixed or multinational environment.
- Strategic, proactive problem-solving approach with strong stakeholder communication and change management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in commercial project management, commercial sales, or operations.
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
