TL;DR
Finance Business Partner (FP&A/Financial Modeling): Leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance analysis for assigned functions and business units with an accent on financial modeling, management reporting, and decision support. Focus on building scenario analyses, improving planning processes, and communicating complex financial insights to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
Location: Warsaw, Poland, with a rare hybrid schedule and occasional visits to the office near Rondo Daszyńskiego. Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assigned functions and business units.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against prior year, budget, forecast, and key business drivers.
- Prepare financial analyses, management reporting packages, presentations, and materials for functional leaders, Global Finance, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, business cases, investment decisions, and scenario analyses.
- Lead planning-process improvements, cross-functional projects, and the development of analyst teams, including offshore resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and business drivers.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A and reporting tools such as OneStream, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
- Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
