Senior Financial Controller for T-Systems Austria (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; remote work is restricted to Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Base salary from €2,000 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience; variable compensation and other financial benefits are also provided.

What you will do

• Provide financial and strategic judgment on business transactions, projects, technologies, business models, and market developments.
• Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term scenario studies for assigned business units.
• Prepare executive management reports and analyze actuals, forecasts, budgets, and prior-year financial results.
• Control group-wide financial KPIs, including order entry, order backlog, customer result, production variance, TWC, EBIT, and EBITDA.
• Manage account and project controlling, including month-end and year-end closing, accruals, revenues, costs, and financial adjustments.
• Coordinate closing processes globally and provide operational guidance to assigned colleagues without disciplinary responsibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office and advanced SAP skills.
• Intermediate Power BI skills and advanced budgeting, planning, and data analytics capabilities.
• Expertise in result interpretation, reporting, and financial process overviews, with advanced communication and organizational skills.
• English at minimum B2 level; German at B2 level is advantageous.
