AI-Driven Test Manager (SAP)

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany; onsite at hirify.global's largest civil aircraft production site. The role includes approximately 1–2 business trips per month and is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

What you will do

• Design and execute global testing strategies using AI-driven tools and analytics to automate test case generation and optimize coverage.
• Manage the complete Data/Dry Run, Functional, and User Acceptance Testing lifecycle across integrated SAP environments and global sites.
• Build and lead international testing teams while connecting AI testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca and SAP Solution Manager with business users.
• Lead daily data-driven defect triage, prioritize resolutions, and assess quality and Go-Live readiness.
• Coordinate testing across classical project milestones and SAFe/Agile sprint planning in hybrid project environments.
• Align AI-generated test cases with aerospace manufacturing workflows and coordinate with business units, project management, and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Logistics, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in complex SAP development, deployment, or large-scale quality assurance, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or defense.
• Practical experience applying artificial intelligence and data analytics to process optimization and software test automation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, and EWM, end-to-end operational workflows, and S/4HANA transitions.
• Mastery of classical project management and hands-on experience with SAFe and Agile frameworks.
• Fluent English required; German and/or French is advantageous. Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 times per month is required.
