Data & Automation Manager (AI)

Location: Peachtree City, Georgia; Herndon, Virginia; or Miami, Florida, United States. The role is 60% onsite and 40% remote, with up to 15% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $87,000–$112,000 per year, depending on profile and geographic differential.

What you will do

• Ensure data availability and compliance across analytics platforms such as Skywise, applying data mesh principles and owning data products.
• Create, maintain, and manage dashboards and data products in Skywise, Qlik, and related tools.
• Use AI and automation to improve commercial efficiency, customer satisfaction, and data-driven processes.
• Analyze business data and apply statistical methods to assess performance, identify improvements, and support competitive proposals.
• Lead deployment of data analytics and automation improvements with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with the automation center of excellence and provide training for digital applications and robotics.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process automation.
• Ability to extract and analyze data from business intelligence and CRM software.
• Basic understanding of Customer Resolution Services processes and familiarity with organizational tools such as SAP and Freshdesk.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Ability to work 60% onsite and travel independently, including at short notice.

• Experience in a business consultancy company.
