Manager, Advanced Analytics

Salary: $144,040–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Own analytics workstreams and projects end-to-end for business areas, categories, and prototypes.
• Partner with Directors and cross-functional teams to define analytics objectives, research plans, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop data models, complex algorithms, prototypes, and production-ready solutions; manage testing and validation.
• Apply advanced analytics to complex business problems and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Build and lead an analytics team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project risks, implementation activities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of related experience.
• Experience analyzing large relational databases with SQL.
• Experience using Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience developing business intelligence dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and QuickSight.
• Experience building automated analytical reporting pipelines, machine learning models, feature engineering, and model performance evaluations.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing in R, root cause analysis, and Agile project management in Jira.
