About the Role

You will design and build resilient Java microservices for banking services. You will lead technical decisions, evolve observability through dashboards, alerts, metrics, and logs, investigate production issues, simplify processes, and ensure quality through automated testing and rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• Extensive Java experience
• Technical experience with Go and/or Node.js
• Experience building and maintaining high-volume backend applications
• Observability knowledge, including metrics, logs, and tracing
• Troubleshooting and autonomous incident-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust Java microservices for banking services
• Lead technical decisions, feasibility assessments, estimates, and software design standards
• Monitor application health and evolve observability
• Investigate and resolve critical production issues
• Simplify processes and remove bottlenecks
• Ensure quality through automated testing and code reviews
