Senior Software Engineer, AI Enablement (AI agents and platform services): Building production services and reusable primitives that let AI agents participate in meetings, search and browse the web, send email, process payments, and complete tasks with an accent on reliable interfaces, security, and operational resilience. Focus on designing agent orchestration workflows, handling external systems and side effects safely, and improving observability, testing, and platform architecture.
Location: Argentina, Dublin, Ireland, North America, or São Paulo

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate production services for AI agents.
- Develop reusable agent primitives for meeting participation, web search, browser automation, email, payments, and related capabilities.
- Define reliable interfaces and workflows for agent tool use.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to turn new agent use cases into maintainable services.
- Improve platform safety, observability, testing, and operational reliability.
- Help shape the architecture and direction of the agent enablement platform.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience and ownership of production systems.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Sound judgment regarding reliability, security, permissions, and external side effects.
- Ability to work through ambiguous problems and turn early ideas into maintainable products.
- Clear communication and a hands-on engineering approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks and runtimes such as Hermes Agent or OpenClaw.
