hirify.global operates a large membership-based wholesale retail business serving families and members through club locations.

What you will do

• Dispense spectacles and other optical products for adults and children using prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• Verify prescription and order data, compare prescriptions with original documents, file orders correctly, and update order status through completion.
• Take measurements, read prescriptions with a lensometer, select suitable frames, and notify members when products are ready.
• Provide in-person and phone service, explain exam-related procedures, recommend products, and support sales and service goals.
• Perform eyeglass adjustments and repairs, assist with opening and closing procedures, and process payments accurately.
• Follow privacy, HIPAA, safety, club, and compliance procedures while maintaining a clean and organized optical area.

Requirements

• Knowledge of optical products and optical business practices is preferred.
• High school diploma, college degree, or experience in wholesale, retail, or optical environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Open shift availability and regular, predictable full attendance are required for this full-time position.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to move frequently, use optical hand tools, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
