What you will do
- Achieve sales, market-share, and business performance goals for the Immunology product portfolio across the assigned territory.
- Influence physicians, pharmacists, hospital specialists, and other healthcare decision makers through targeted clinical and business messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with dermatology practices, teaching institutions, hospitals, clinics, residents, fellows, attending physicians, and key opinion leaders.
- Execute local marketing strategies and develop business plans for assigned institutions and accounts.
- Drive product access, acceptance, and usage while coordinating access and fulfillment for IV and subcutaneous products.
- Maintain call reporting, expense accounting, safe-driving standards, communications, educational programs, and scientific convention activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience, including at least one year of specialty sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States.
- Willingness to travel, including possible weekend and overnight travel.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer-centricity, problem-solving, and strategic sales planning skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
- Knowledge of immunology and/or gastroenterology.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Management development training, project-oriented selling experience, and documented successful sales performance.
- Commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI.
