Digital Sales and Service Representative

Location: Remote within the United States; permanent residence required in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas. Training and shifts follow Mountain Time, including afternoon and evening schedules and a required weekend shift.

Salary: $15–$21 USD per hour, with bonus potential of up to $6 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle two to three concurrent customer chats through the NICE CXOne platform, along with incoming emails and MMS messages.
• Consult customers on contact lens purchases and recommend the best value options.
• Request prescriptions from eye care providers by phone when needed.
• Identify and resolve customer problems while delivering a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues through one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and virtual team chats.
• Maintain revenue per chat, quality, availability, and timeliness performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two to three years of customer service experience.
• Strong typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency.
• Reliable internet with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• A private, dedicated, interruption-free workspace that supports confidentiality.
• Permanent residence in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas is required.

Nice to have

• Chat sales experience.
• Contact center experience.
