Intern - Business Systems Analyst

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States (Hybrid). The internship requires 40 hours per week for 11 consecutive weeks from May 26, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

What you will do

• Assist with business strategies and process improvements that increase operational efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze business and user requirements and evaluate workflows.
• Maintain system documentation and create workflow charts and diagrams.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Provide user support and training while contributing to special projects and team objectives.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, quantitative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Must adapt to a hybrid work model and participate in all hirify.global-sponsored intern events.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Junior or senior academic classification.
