What you will do

• Analyze, map, measure, and improve clinical and operational revenue-cycle processes and application workflows.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and conduct unit, integration, and end-user acceptance testing.
• Translate user requirements into functional design specifications and support software transitions and system utilization.
• Maintain workflow, requirements, testing, installation, user, troubleshooting, change-control, and quality documentation.
• Review data integrity, audit reports, perform complex data analysis, and identify opportunities for system and product improvements.
• Advise revenue-cycle leaders and stakeholders, mentor analysts, and coordinate project timelines and team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years of healthcare experience or revenue-cycle technology support in a large, complex healthcare system.
• Relevant Mid-Revenue Cycle or Epic certification; Epic Cogito certification is desired.
• Experience supporting clinical systems, analyzing business and clinical processes, and working with users, vendors, and technical experts.
• Advanced knowledge of application management and related hardware, operating systems, and databases.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, communication, and issue-resolution skills, plus advanced Microsoft Office and large-scale automated-systems experience.
