Sr Manager Clinical Operations Transformation

Location: Remote; U.S.-based healthcare organization

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership on enterprise clinical transformation initiatives through strategy consulting, analytics, and project leadership.
• Analyze complex operational challenges and build financial, forecasting, and scenario-based models.
• Translate analysis into data-driven recommendations, business cases, executive presentations, and visualizations.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Manage workplans, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across transformation initiatives.
• Use advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve decision-making, productivity, and value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, finance, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Experience building financial, operational, forecasting, and scenario-based models.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience with large datasets.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to present concise insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and use AI-enabled technologies.
