What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end digital and computational pathology implementation projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate customers, internal teams, pathologists, laboratory managers, IT teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans across multiple parallel customer implementations.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions from purchase order through go-live.
- Report project status and escalate risks and key decisions to sponsors to support timely sign-off.
- Apply project management best practices and Business System principles to standardize implementation delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, customer-facing projects in medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or another regulated technical environment.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, or Jira.
- Track record of delivering multiple projects in parallel on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivation, ownership, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital or computational pathology platforms.
- A second language in addition to English.
