What you will do

• Promote hirify.global products and communicate key product messages to healthcare customers.
• Develop and implement territory plans and key account plans with the manager.
• Coordinate account objectives and responsibilities with territory, marketing, medical affairs, value and access teams.
• Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, retail practices, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and report customer activity in the CRM system.
• Develop product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Experience with CRM databases and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication.
• Relevant local legal qualification and eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accountability, prioritization, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hematology/oncology or in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or biomedical sciences.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and project management principles.
• Experience interacting with different functions and organizational levels.
• Resilience in sophisticated environments and strong learning agility.
