Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. On-site warehouse role working a rotating shift pattern 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance management.
- Drive shift productivity and operational performance so customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
- Work with the Section Manager to monitor delivery plans, identify performance gaps, and create recovery actions.
- Review labour plans, ensure adequate shift coverage, and raise issues or feedback with the Section Manager.
- Champion site safety through inspections, hazard spotting, safety gembas, risk assessments, and audits.
- Support strategic initiatives, culture change, employee retention, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong potential for people and change management.
- Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
- Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
- Availability for a rotating schedule of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
