Warehouse Supervisor (Days and Evenings Weekend Shift)

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20, UK; onsite warehouse role covering days and evenings on weekends.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance discussions.
• Monitor shift delivery against operational plans and drive performance against key warehouse metrics.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain site safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify staffing gaps, and provide feedback to the Section Manager.
• Create action plans for missed targets and support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
