What you will do

• Contact prospective clients about health insurance products and policies.
• Analyze client needs and identify suitable health insurance plans.
• Explain insurance policies and guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
• Assist clients with the electronic enrollment process.
• Support the manager and internal staff with additional customer service needs.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with team members, agents, and insurance carriers.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn the health insurance industry and create useful customer content.
• Ability to work independently, stay on task, take direction, and resolve issues proactively.
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel, Asana, and HealthSherpa.
