Medicare Sales Field Agent (Medicare)

Location: Manassas, Virginia; field-based role requiring residence in the designated local territory. Daily face-to-face meetings take place in members' homes, at community events, and in local retail or organizational settings.

Salary: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission pay.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about hirify.global Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust through in-home visits, community events, grassroots marketing, and other face-to-face interactions.
• Generate sales independently, meet performance goals, and expand hirify.global's presence in the local market.
• Develop relationships and serve as a resource for people in the community.
• Attend appointments and events that may take place during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Active health insurance license required, or ability to obtain one.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance required.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, community events, retail environments, organizations, and local activities.
• Five weeks of mandatory employment training and attendance.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products or supporting Value Based Care organizations.
• Public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Associate or bachelor's degree; bilingual English and another language.
