Senior Product Stewardship Engineer (Product Compliance)

Location: Bracknell, UK; on-site work at least four days a week in the Bracknell office

What you will do

• Translate complex product compliance requirements into clear guidance for commercialisation.
• Approve new hirify.global products for the UK and EU markets by ensuring required documentation is complete.
• Manage regulatory enquiries involving UK requirements, REACH, RoHS, the Biocidal Products Regulation, Conflict Minerals, and compositional data.
• Prepare and maintain declarations, regulatory statements, customer responses, and internal assessment records.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, automation, and regulatory information management.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess product impacts, and communicate practical insights to business teams.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of EU and UK product compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting compliance, product stewardship, or regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret regulations and convert them into practical business guidance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Materials Science.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.

• Experience working with multiple IT systems.
• Experience working across cultures and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Nordic languages.
