Director, Devices & Micro Product

Location: On-site in Little Chalfont, England; the leadership team is based in Cardiff or Amersham, UK, or Marlborough, US offices. International travel of up to 35% is required, including consecutive weeks.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for a Devices & Micro portfolio exceeding $150M.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, lifecycle management, market positioning, and performance against business KPIs.
• Drive a customer-backed innovation pipeline and strengthen long-term portfolio competitiveness.
• Partner with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams on new product development, launches, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Translate customer and market needs across lab filtration, microbiology, and sample preparation into portfolio actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop five direct reports while building a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership.
• Experience in life sciences, lab filtration, bioprocessing, microbiology, applied markets, consumables, or devices portfolios.
• Experience delivering new product development and lifecycle management initiatives cross-functionally.
• Experience managing and developing product management teams.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and delivery against revenue and margin targets in a global B2B environment.
