Demand and Inventory Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own demand forecasts for assigned suppliers and SKUs using sales history, opportunity data, and market signals.
• Develop monthly purchasing plans and communicate with suppliers about purchase orders, delivery timing, forecasts, and capacity.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports using XLOOKUP, index matching, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Manage inventory in SAP Business One and Blue Ridge MRP, including service levels, product lifecycle planning, and finished-goods requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, category management, logistics, distribution, warehouse, and production teams on inventory outlooks and scenario plans.
• Improve reporting and supply chain planning processes to increase forecast accuracy, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or an equivalent field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, index matching, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Solid decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and adapt to international and cultural norms.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous requirements in a fast-paced environment.
