Client Consultant Trainee (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Participate in training on financial products, systems, and the financial services industry.
• Study for and obtain the required FINRA and state insurance licenses.
• Complete new-hire product and supplemental training.
• Observe and shadow Client Consultants during client interactions and product recommendations.
• Provide data entry support and complete assigned projects for the Client Consultant team.

Requirements

• Work onsite in Nashville, Tennessee.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Obtain the FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, and State Insurance License within 90 days.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently within a team, and provide professional client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Prior financial services industry experience.
• Degree in personal financial planning or a similar field.
