Business Development Intern

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office at least four days per week, with the option to work from home one day per week

Base pay: $27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate project plans, deliverables, and communications for advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Gather input from stakeholders and support collaborative project execution.
• Partner with department and corporate events teams to plan and execute Town Halls and sales-oriented events.
• Support internal Hall of Fame updates showcasing success stories and career opportunities.
• Create and administer team contests and assist with event strategy, logistics, and execution.

Requirements

• Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively.
• Corporate undergraduate internships are not available to students with F-1 visas.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
