Associate Relationship Manager, Investments

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; on-site role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year in base pay.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing institutional investor relationships.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, follow-ups, and routine servicing issues.
• Coordinate internal resources and track action items through timely completion.
• Manage account maintenance, including onboarding, mandate changes, restructures, and account-related requests.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations.
• Document client activity, opportunities, and relationship developments while building investment and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or investment management.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required within the first 90 days of employment.
