Material Coordinator 2 (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Process receipts in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle temperature-sensitive materials according to established environmental and storage procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for material inspection and release.
• Stage, label, and organize materials for putaway while supporting inventory accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely while providing additional logistics support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse or material handling experience, preferably in life sciences manufacturing or a regulated environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with GMP- and ISO-regulated operations.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a 36-inch height and work overtime as needed.
