Logistics Associate (MedTech)

What you will do

• Receive returned medical kits and save study data accurately in proprietary software.
• Sanitize, inspect, and program SleepView monitors according to hygiene protocols and FDA guidelines.
• Assemble, prepare, and ship patient kits for home sleep testing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, inventory, supplies, and the SleepView Direct kit assembly area.
• Enter and update patient and sleep test information in cloud-based systems while protecting confidential health information.
• Support daily office operations and other assigned activities.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures clearly.
• Prior warehouse kitting, shipping, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidential patient data is preferred.
