Order Management Associate (Life Sciences)

Location: On-site in Torrance, California, United States

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

hirify.global is a global life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology organization; this role is within its Phenomenex operating company, which develops analytical chemistry solutions for separation and purification.

What you will do

• Process sales orders accurately and provide lead times for items that are not in stock.
• Create production orders for special batch requests and maintain daily reports of processed and unprocessed sales orders.
• Clear orders from the preorder table and process specialty orders, including key stocks, consignments, and standing orders.
• Escalate order issues to the appropriate groups for resolution.
• Ensure work is accurate and free of errors or defects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years of order management experience.
• At least one year of data entry and/or customer service experience.
• Understanding of ERP system functionality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and database management.
• Ability to work on-site in Torrance, California.

Nice to have

• Strong time management and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of distribution and manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of the Dynamics D365 ERP system.
