Ecommerce Manager (MENA)

What you will do

• Own the full eCommerce P&L across MENA and deliver revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Develop annual operating plans and multi-year growth strategies across pure-play, quick-commerce, and bricks-and-clicks channels.
• Lead strategic relationships, joint business plans, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals with major eCommerce retailers.
• Expand the regional eCommerce roadmap by identifying and onboarding new customers, platforms, and emerging channels.
• Manage eCommerce, ASP, and retail media budgets while improving digital shelf performance and return on investment.
• Lead the regional eCommerce team and build capabilities across distributors and local markets through training, tools, and shared standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably with most experience in eCommerce sales.
• Experience owning channel P&L, leading operations, and negotiating with customers in a multinational FMCG or CPG environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English required.
• Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
