We’re looking for an exceptional Head of CRM to join AHS Properties.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded CRM professional with strong experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or other premium customer focused environments.

The ideal candidate will bring:
✨ Fluent, polished English communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership, UHNW clients and international stakeholders.
✨ Proven experience leading CRM strategy and customer lifecycle management
✨ Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, segmentation, analytics and automation
✨ Experience building and optimizing customer journeys, and engagement strategies
✨ Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
✨ A sophisticated understanding of luxury customer experience and high touch relationship management
