What you will do

• Lead the regional marketing agenda with full accountability for portfolio strategy, P&L performance, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with Media, E-Commerce, and Shopper marketing teams.
• Localize global strategies using deep consumer insights and data analytics.
• Manage regional marketing budgets to achieve strategic business goals.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Marketing Managers.
• Collaborate with distributors and retailers to build and execute sales plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) degree in business or marketing.
• 12+ years of relevant marketing and commercial experience, preferably in global FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience in multi-country marketing management across the MEA region.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, data analysis, and commercial acumen.
• Experience in team management and global stakeholder coordination.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
