What you will do

• Support daily operations involving customer returns, RMA credits, PRN resolution, quality feedback systems, warranty repairs, and factory drop-ship billing.
• Support root-cause investigations and process-improvement initiatives using data and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly and actionably to stakeholders.
• Document business processes, procedures, requirements, and training materials for standardization and knowledge management.
