Manager Value Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States; hospital environment with 21–40% travel within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the physician-led, system-wide Value Analysis process across the clinical spend landscape.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and interface regularly with C-suite leaders.
• Create and coordinate multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams, including team chairs, champions, clinicians, buyers, analysts, and hirify.global colleagues.
• Review clinical spend, ERP, new item, and product-change data to identify cost, quality, utilization, and waste-reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate product trials and evaluations, facilitate clinical consensus, and resolve implementation barriers.
• Develop presentations, meeting agendas, project plans, communications, and vendor negotiation strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable professional experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience analyzing healthcare processes, data, and patient outcomes; Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred.
• Three or more years of combined clinical experience in a procedural or critical care hospital setting is preferred.
• Direct Value Analysis experience is preferred.
• CVAHP certification is preferred or must be attained within 2 years of hire.
